This splendid mahogany Newton lantern is equipped with
an original Russian iron oil burning illuminant and
chimney, an excellent 'Eclipse' slide changer made by R.R.Beard, a case with
lock & key which doubles as a stand, and a set of instructions inside
the door of the case. There is a good four inch condensing
lens, an objective assembly focused by rackwork, and a flasher/lens
protector. The case measures 19.5 x 8 x 12 inches (49.5 x 20.5 x 30.5
cm). |
